In collaboration with our fulfilment partners, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This is applicable for only misprinted/damaged/defective items. Your request must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Returns should be addressed to Gifts So Right Returns. All products delivered to you are marked with a return address for your convenience.
DISCLAIMER: The return address must be used only for product returns. All other types of correspondence (notices, letters, etc.) sent to the return address will be returned to the sender. If the address on the delivered product is not used as the return address, the purchaser would become liable for any returned shipments.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Wrong Address: If the buyer/customer provides an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfilment partner. The buyer/customer will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our fulfilment partner and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Returns of sealed goods are not accepted, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any such returned orders won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
- the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
- sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore our fulfilment partners reserve rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
